We are also happy to announce that we have setup a weekly delivery program to your residence in the Hamptons.  We hope this works well for everyone.  Program details are as follows:

1 - Please place your orders anytime from Sunday each week through Wednesday at 4:00 PM;

2 - The deliveries will then be made to your Hamptons address on Thursdays between 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM; &

3 - These deliveries will be made via refrigerated truck.  The delivery charge will be a significantly reduced $45.00. 

We hope this program works well and look forward to providing you with the highest quality specialty meats, poultry & fish, prepared foods & customer service through this program. 

Our Specialty Meats & PoultrySustainably-Sourced Fish & KMP Difference Booklets are also now available.  All fish is sustainably caught or farmed in ways compatible with the vitality of the Earth's oceans.   Please note all vegetables are locally-sourced from small, family farms whenever possible.

UPDATED ORDER POLICY: Please note that we continue to accept delivery orders by phone or email up to our daily capacity (we try to accommodate everyone) but we are not always able to accept orders for same day delivery.  We will let you know whether or not we can do such once you contact us.  We would prefer that all orders be placed by EMAIL ONLY (service@thekmp.com) at least a day in advance, along with your preferred day & date for delivery.  We will then either send an email confirming the order for such date or, should we not be able to accept your order for a particular day, we will notify you of such and discuss other days when we may be able to fulfill it.  We are also here for you by phone at 212-580-6378 in the event that such is your preference.  Thank you again for your kind understanding.

We hope you are safe amidst the current Covid-19 Pandemic.  We have been around for over 20 years and remain steadfast in our commitment to the highest quality customer service and the happiness of our wonderful customers.  We love this city, our fabulous employees and our fantastic patrons.  However these are the most trying business conditions we have ever seen and, in truth, its not even close to anything we've ever seen or experienced before.  Limitations on supplies, operational hours, distance between individuals, employee health & welfare, customer health & welfare, as well as compliance with evolving governmental mandates, have necessitated entirely new operating procedures.  These operating procedures are summarized below:

1 - In light of the effect of COVID-19 throughout NYC, we closed the store on Tuesday, March 24th, in order to conduct a deep cleaning of all cooking surfaces, equipment & machinery, shelving, walls & floors, shopping wagons & shopping baskets.  Subsequent cleanings have taken place during store hours and are continuing on a daily basis.  We are doing this to ensure that we create & maintain the safest possible shopping experience for all of our wonderful employees & patrons.  We have also implemented stringent daily sanitation protocols within the store;

2 - Only 12 customers at a time will be allowed into the store.  A properly-distanced line will be maintained outside the store for customers awaiting entrance;

3 - Signs encouraging social distancing procedures have been setup throughout the store;

4 - Protective plexiglass has been installed at the cashier/customer service stations;

5 - We have communicated to all employees the importance of washing their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds numerous times throughout the day, as recommended by the CDC;

6 - Spray Hand-Sanitizer has been procured from Train Wreck Distillery in NJ.  It is manufactured in accordance with the WHO's recipe (utilizing 80% v/v alcohol) under the authority of the federal government.  It is available in the front of the store for both employees & patrons; and

7 - As indicated in 1 above, we are working constantly to cleanse & sanitize all preparation & cooking surfaces, shelving, shopping wagons, shopping baskets & high traffic areas regularly, consistently & diligently, including daily deep cleanings in all departments; and

8 - Please also note that our current hours are as follows:

Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Monday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Wednesday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Thursday 8:00 AM - 7:45 PM; and
Friday 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In an effort to provide excellent customer service, we have several people working to coordinate all Friday deliveries after the store is closed.  When the store is open (until 3:45 PM on Fridays), please contact the store directly by email for all delivery concerns.  However once the store has closed on Friday, should there still be any questions regarding the delivery itself, or the timing of such delivery, please contact our dispatch team: Carlos at 347-341-2816 or Chuck at 516-770-6309.  Thank you so much for your patronage.
